How much is the deposit?
Half up front reserves your slot and the rest is due when your project goes live. On bigger projects I split it into stages, so you only pay for work you've already seen.
How do I pay?
In Kenya: M-Pesa or bank transfer. Anywhere else: international bank transfer, with the details on your invoice. You get a receipt or invoice every time.
Who owns the code and the site?
You do. When the final payment lands, I hand over the code, the logins and short notes so anyone can take it over.
What happens after launch?
It keeps running on its own. If you'd like me to look after it (updates, fixes, small changes), I offer a monthly care plan. Ask and I'll include it in your quote.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That's normal. Choose “Not sure”, tell me what's slowing your business down, and I'll suggest the simplest fix. A short chat usually sorts it out.
