Infranet Planner — Field Network Build Planner

A web app for small ISPs and field installers to plan and verify network builds on a real map. Draw poles, splitters, and cable runs, freehand or snapped to roads, against an editable pricing catalog and get a live cost estimate in KES. Each item moves from Planned to Installed to Verified, with the original planned cost frozen so variance stays visible. Manage multiple sites, export a printable client quote with a bill of materials and map snapshot, track subscribers and monthly revenue, and track way-leave permits and pole rentals with expiry warnings. Local-first: projects live in the browser and the installable, offline-capable app shell needs no backend or account.
